Summary As a Direct Care Worker, you will be essential in providing compassionate caregiving to individuals in various settings, including group homes and assisted living facilities. Reporting to the care supervisor, your core responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs), ensuring their comfort and safety. Your premium skills in patient observation, first aid, and home care will enhance the quality of life for those you serve. With a focus on long-term care and social work, you will play a vital role in promoting well-being and independence among clients. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care and support to residents in various settings, including group homes and assisted living facilities.
