JOB SUMMARY
Home Instead is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Professionals to support older adults in Quincy, IL and surrounding communities. If you have a heart for helping others, we provide the training, support, and purpose to turn that passion into meaningful work. Care Professionals help seniors remain safe and independent at home by providing companionship, personal care, and daily living support. This position starts at $17.50 per hour , with merit‑based pay increases possible at 90 and 180 days based on performance and reliability. Hours vary based on each client's needs. We are currently hiring for morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide companionship and conversation Prepare meals and clean up meal-related items Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene Assist with toileting and incontinence care Provide medication and appointment reminders Perform light housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms/kitchens) Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands/shopping Provide Alzheimer's and dementia care Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
