Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. This role requires a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with diverse healthcare needs, including those requiring post-acute, outpatient, or long-term care. The ideal candidate will possess relevant healthcare experience and a genuine desire to assist clients in maintaining independence and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide medication reminders and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation Document care provided and communicate any concerns or changes in client condition to supervising healthcare providers Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures, especially when working with vulnerable populations such as geriatrics or post-acute care patients

Education:

High School All applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a home setting. Prior experience in diverse medical settings enhances the ability to adapt quickly to individual client needs.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
