Job description Job Overview As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a group home setting. Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with daily activities and ensure their well-being. Duties
  • Provide direct support to residents with activities of daily living
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Perform patient observation and report any changes in condition
  • Implement care plans tailored to each resident's needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Engage residents in social activities and companionship Experience
  • Previous experience in caregiving or working in a group home is preferred
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
  • Knowledge of long-term care practices and patient care techniques
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care and support to individuals
Job Types:
