Job description Job Overview As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a group home setting. Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with daily activities and ensure their well-being. Duties
- Provide direct support to residents with activities of daily living
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform patient observation and report any changes in condition
- Implement care plans tailored to each resident's needs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Engage residents in social activities and companionship Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or working in a group home is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Knowledge of long-term care practices and patient care techniques
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care and support to individuals
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$17.00- $19.
