JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description Provide non-medical home care services to adults. Personal care services to clients that contract with Hibernian Home Care for services under the direction of the Supervisor and in compliance with the Plan of service.

Primary Duties:

Assist with Toileting, bathing, grooming, transfers, dressing, ambulatory, exercises feeding, and light housekeeping, Med reminder, cognitive activities, proficient in using gait belt as needed.
