Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents Engage residents in conversation and daily activities to enrich their experience Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Communicate effectively with families and care team members Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

Qualifications & Skills:
