ComForCare Home Care is hiring an experienced Caregiver for an afternoon/evening in-home senior care position in Wheaton, Illinois . This opportunity is ideal for a dependable caregiver who enjoys providing personalized support, companionship, and hands-on assistance to older adults. If you have experience in senior care, home care, personal care, companion care, or as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) , we want to hear from you.

Previous caregiving experience preferred How You'll Make an Impact Your care will help a senior client feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout their evening routine. Provide compassionate one-on-one in-home senior care . Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Provide personal care while protecting the client's dignity and independence. Assist with mobility, walking, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention. Help with evening meals, snacks, and hydration. Provide companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement. Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization. Help the client prepare for their nighttime routine. Provide medication reminders according to the established care plan. Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate care team. Complete accurate documentation of care provided. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings experience, reliability, and genuine compassion to every shift. Previous professional caregiving experience preferred . Experience with senior care, elderly care, in-home care, personal care, companion care, or private duty care . CNA, HHA, PCA, or home care experience is a plus. Comfortable assisting with personal care and daily living activities. Dependable, patient, respectful, and trustworthy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently in a client's home. Ability to pass a background check. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid Driver's License. Current Auto Insurance. Reliable transportation.
