Duties Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Provide memory care and support for clients experiencing dementia or other cognitive impairments. Monitor patients' health by observing their physical and emotional conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Maintain cleanliness in the living environment by performing light housekeeping duties as needed. Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Support clients with mobility assistance and transportation as required. Experience Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or social work is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with memory care techniques and patient monitoring is advantageous. Skills in cooking nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs are a plus. A background in nursing or related fields can enhance your candidacy for this role.
