THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic In-Home Caregiver who is genuinely passionate about making a meaningful difference in someone's daily life. You will provide hands-on personal care and companionship to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. This role is right for you if you take your commitments seriously, bring patience and kindness to every interaction, and understand that consistency in care is just as important as the care itself.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to each client's dietary needs and preferences
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor basic vital signs as directed
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities that promote mental wellness and social connection
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
• Accurately document care provided and promptly communicate any changes in a client's condition to the supervising nurse or care coordinator
• Collaborate respectfully with family members, healthcare professionals, and fellow caregivers to ensure seamless, person-centered care

REQUIRED

• A genuine heart for serving others, especially seniors and individuals with disabilities
• Dependable attendance and strong schedule reliability
• our clients count on you being there
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and sound judgment
• Strong communication skills and a calm, patient demeanor

PREFERRED

• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, group home, or a related healthcare setting
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, autism, or memory care needs (dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's)
• Ability to prepare healthy meals and accommodate special dietary requirements
• Basic familiarity with monitoring vital signs
• Background in nursing, CNA, HHA, or allied health fields
