Our caregivers provide personalized assistance, companionship, personal care, and household support based on each client's individual needs. Caregiver Responsibilities As an In-Home Caregiver, you may assist clients with: Activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Personal care and hygiene assistance Companionship and social engagement Meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed Light housekeeping and laundry Transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities Walking, transferring, and mobility assistance Alzheimer's and dementia care Support for seniors and adults living with chronic conditions Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition Completing required caregiver documentation Providing dependable, respectful, and compassionate in-home care Caregiver Qualifications Applicants must: Be at least 18 years of age Have a valid driver's license Have access to a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance Be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with Indiana requirements Be able to provide documentation establishing identity and authorization to work in the United States Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Be dependable, professional, and compassionate Be comfortable working independently in clients' homes Be able to safely assist clients with mobility and activities of daily living Previous professional caregiving experience is not required. Experience as a caregiver, home health aide, personal care assistant, direct support professional, CNA, or family caregiver is valuable but not necessary for consideration. Additional Requirements Attendance at an in-person orientation in Evansville, Indiana TB testing is required and may be available through our office if needed Reliable transportation to client homes in Boonville and surrounding service areas required Caregiver Schedules We are hiring for full-time and part-time caregiver positions .
