Job Description
Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and companionship. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including those with special needs. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the health and well-being of clients. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Assist with mobility and physical activities, including lifting or transferring clients as needed. Support individuals with memory care needs through engaging activities and routines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to each client's unique requirements. Provide direct support for individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety and comfort. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Experience Previous experience in patient care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hospice care practices is a plus. A background in memory care or patient monitoring will be considered an asset. Must possess a compassionate nature and the ability to lift clients safely when necessary.
