Schedule:

Full-Time Evening Shift 72 hours per pay period Set scheduled:

M-TH 2PM - 6

30PM and Fridays 2-6:30

Administer medications safely and accurately Monitor residents and communicate changes to nursing staff Assist with resident care and support services Complete documentation in a timely manner Promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being

What We're Looking For:

Current Indiana QMA certification Strong communication and organizational skills Genuine passion for serving older adults Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous healthcare experience preferred Come make a difference with a team that values what you do every day!
