Training provided Driver's license and Car insurance required Summary As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide essential support to individuals in need of care, ensuring their comfort and well-being in their own home. Reporting to a healthcare supervisor, your core responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities (ADLs), patient observation, and maintaining a clean environment. Qualifications Valid Driver's License Proven experience in caregiving and patient care Proficient in patient observation and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Knowledge of first aid and emergency response Experience in home and community care settings, including group homes and nursing homes Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in care environments Familiarity with long-term care practices and social work principles Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence and well-being. Provide personal care and support in a home and community care setting. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to ensure proper care. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to health and safety protocols. Drive residents to appointments and community activities as needed. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality caregiving services.
