Job Overview We are seeking experienced caregivers who are currently providing care for an active Medicaid-approved home-care client and are interested in transitioning that client to our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Caregivers may be responsible for assisting clients with:

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Meal preparation and assistance with meals
• Mobility and activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Companionship and supervision
• Following the client's approved care plan
• Observing changes in the client's condition and reporting concerns appropriately
