Job Description

In-Home Support Team Lead - Community Living New Horizons is looking for an In-Home Support Team Lead employee to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their goals, grow, develop skills and live as independently as possible in the community. Additionally, an In-Home Support Team Lead employee will assist individual(s) with health appointments and medication changes, as well as, attending meetings of the individual(s), scheduling employees to work with the individual(s), and supervising employees to ensure the home is being managed appropriately. A successful In-Home Support Team Lead employee will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive relationship with the individual(s) they support. The In-Home Support employee will need to utilize problem solving, time management, and organizational skills while supporting the individual(s) they support. In-Home Support Team Lead employees make a positive difference in the life of the individual(s) they support.
