In Home Caregiver

Job Summary As a caregiver with Absolute Caregiving LLC, you'll assist clients with daily activities in the comfort of their homes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has a flexible schedule, and seeks meaningful work in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans. Assist with mobility and transportation needs for appointments or social activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Follow client care plans as directed by the agency. Document care activities and report any changes in client conditions Experience Previous experience as an In-Home Caregiver or in a similar caregiving role is preferred. Compassionate, patient, and committed to client-centered care. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
