As an in-home caregiver, you can make a meaningful difference in someone's everyday life. Depending on the client's individual needs, responsibilities may include: Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines Light housekeeping and laundry Running errands Providing medication reminders Supporting client safety and independence Providing care and companionship for individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia Assisting clients returning home after hospitalization or rehabilitation Providing respite and support for family caregivers Who Are We Looking For? Caregiver Job Requirements Applicants must:

Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance Have CPR certification or complete our $15 online CPR training Have a negative TB test or complete testing through us at orientation if needed Successfully pass required background screening in accordance with Indiana in-home care requirements Attend an in-person orientation in Evansville, IN or Owensboro, KY Provide two acceptable forms of identification for employment documentation Full-Time & Part-Time Caregiver Opportunities Comfort Keepers offers opportunities for people at many different stages of life.
