• Caregivers This position is focused on enhancing the quality of life for clients, particularly the elderly and those with non-medical needs, by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a background with various in home care settings, allowing them to deliver high-quality care tailored to each client's unique requirements.
• Duties
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Help with mobility assistance, including transferring clients from bed to wheelchair or other locations.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care is delivered effectively.
• Skills
• Experience in geriatrics and familiarity with the specific needs of elderly patients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
