In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless coordination of home care services. Your energetic approach will help facilitate efficient scheduling, communication, and support, enabling patients to receive personalized care in the comfort of their homes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient well-being while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule home care visits by collaborating with healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers to meet individual needs. Manage patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Patient Management Software to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns promptly. Support medical administrative tasks such as verifying insurance information, processing documentation, and maintaining compliance with health regulation policies. Assist with patient intake processes, including collecting medical history, updating records, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with privacy laws and organizational policies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families. Qualifications Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Medical Office Software or EMR/EHR systems. Knowledge of health regulation policies, health insurance procedures, and medical terminology. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for effective phone and client interactions. Experience supporting medical administrative functions such as typing reports, managing electronic health records, and maintaining client confidentiality. Pay:
