Job Description
Looking for individuals willing to make a difference in the lives of children in nee Must be 21 and able to pass background checks and drug test. Job Duties include, but not limited to: Providing direct provision of care and supervision to clients according to agency policies and procedures, licensing and accreditation requirements. Creating a therapeutic environment to provide appropriate care to our clients. Functioning as a part of the treatment team and helps implement the client's treatment plan Exhibiting professionalism and positive role modeling for clients, peers and outside groups/visitors. Promoting health care protocols to included medication administration and other medical tasks as designated by the program nurse. Ensuring that the client's needs for clothing, nutrition, hygiene, rest and recreation are met on a daily basis. Identifying potential risk factors (in a program environment) and taking measures to reduce those risks. Creating a safe, secure and sanitary environment. Observing, defining and addressing client behavior. Maintaining confidentiality of client's protected health information and complies with the HIPAA privacy rule. Ensuring own professional growth and development. Completes all required documentation and paperwork according to agency standards and requirements. Providing transportation to clients in care.
