$70,000/year + bonus opportunities About the Opportunity Are you ready for a role where compassion, relationship-building, and leadership come together? A well-established and highly respected home care agency serving Northern Kentucky is seeking a Home Care Client Liaison to join its team. With more than 26 years of experience, a large team of dedicated professionals, and more than 100 caregivers, this organization has built a strong reputation for providing exceptional care to older adults and their families. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, and relationship-driven. You'll serve as a key connection between clients and families, referral partners, and the caregiving team, helping build community relationships while ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support. What You'll Do As the Home Care Client Liaison, you will: Serve as a trusted point of contact for older adults and their families Conduct initial client assessments and help onboard new clients Build and maintain relationships with referral providers throughout the senior care community Develop new referral opportunities through consistent outreach and relationship-building Represent the agency at networking events, community events, provider in-services, and other sales and marketing activities Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients and their families Conduct regular quality assurance visits Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns with empathy and professionalism Adjust and coordinate care plans as client needs evolve Oversee and support client and caregiver activity using agency software As part of the Client Care team, this person is dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience Represent the organization's mission and values throughout the Northern Kentucky communityRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher Experience in sales, marketing, relationship management, and/or customer service Proficient at conducting care assessments in clients' homes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable developing professional relationships and building referral networks Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong general computer skills Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record Ability to successfully complete a criminal background checkPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, or senior services
- Existing knowledge of the local healthcare or senior care community
- Supervisory or managerial experience Senior care experience is a plus, but it is not required. We're especially interested in someone with the personality and experience to confidently represent the organization in the community, develop referral relationships, and provide excellent client oversight.
