You do not need a CNA license or previous professional experience. If you bring patience, reliability, and a willingness to learn, we will provide paid training and ongoing support. What We Offer $15.50-$16.00 per hour Pay every Friday Paid caregiver training Flexible morning, daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts Part-time and full-time opportunities Short and extended shifts Referral bonuses Caregiver recognition programs A supportive local office team One-on-one work with clients What Caregivers Do Caregivers provide companionship and assist clients with everyday needs such as personal care, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, and appointments. Most importantly, caregivers help clients feel safe, respected, and less alone. What We Need From You Dependability-our clients count on you Compassion, patience, and respect Clear and timely communication Reliable transportation to clients' homes Willingness to learn and follow care instructions Ability to safely complete the duties required for each assignment Professional caregiving experience is not required, and caring for a family member counts as valuable experience.
