Role Overview:

As a Weekend Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and supportive care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our care team to ensure that each client feels valued and respected, contributing to their overall well-being and quality of life. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or temporarily, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing companionship and engaging conversation with clients. Preparing and serving nutritious meals tailored to clients' needs. Assisting clients with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Performing light housekeeping duties, including laundry and maintaining a clean living space. Helping clients with shopping, errands, and transportation as needed.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role. Compassionate and sensitive approach to caring for others. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. Dependable and reliable with a strong sense of accountability. Ability to work during the day on weekends. Ability to lift 50Lbs. Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Part-Time, or Temporary day shift during the weekend. If available during the weekdays could lead to Full-Time.

Location:

This position is based in client's homes Lexington, Kentucky and all surrounding areas.
