The Role We're looking for a compassionate ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) Companion to support one of our Participants in the 40299 area. This is more than a caregiving job — it's about being a genuine companion and friend.
A typical day might include:
Performing a safety check upon arrival Preparing meals and helping select clothing for the day Playing games, running errands, and tidying up Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming (hair and teeth) Providing medication reminders and mobility support around the home Simply being present — making someone smile and feel less alone Certifications like CNA, HHA, or PCA are a plus but not required.
