This role provides non-clinical support with patient assistance, administrative tasks, clinic organization, communication, and general healthcare service activities. Responsibilities Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Assist patients with check-in, check-out, and general clinic procedures. Help schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments as directed. Verify and update patient registration and contact information accurately. Answer routine phone calls and respond to general patient questions. Direct patients to appropriate areas, staff members, or services. Assist with maintaining accurate patient records and administrative information. Enter authorized information into computer or electronic medical record systems as assigned. Prepare reception, waiting, and patient service areas for daily operations. Assist with preparing rooms and supplies for patient visits as directed. Restock office, patient-care, and administrative supplies as needed. Help organize forms, documents, messages, referrals, and other clinic materials. Communicate patient requests and routine concerns to appropriate staff members. Support efficient patient flow and daily clinic operations. Assist healthcare staff with non-clinical support tasks as assigned. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming patient and work areas. Follow patient privacy, confidentiality, infection-control, and workplace safety procedures. Handle patient information and clinic documents responsibly and professionally. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare staff, and administrative team members. Perform other medical support and clinic service duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous healthcare, medical office, clinic, administrative, customer service, or patient support experience is preferred but not required.
