Job Overview:

Seeking compassionate caregiver for disabled adult female with intellectual disability Provide attentive supervision and care Implement engaging activities per consumer's plan of goals Ensure the safety of individual with disabilities Communicate regularly with guardian and other caregivers Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, following mandated reporting laws and safety protocols Provide assistance with toileting and catheter needs(training provided) Maintain a clean, organized environment conducive to learning and relaxation Experience Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not essential Demonstrated experience caring for people with special needs Experience planning age-appropriate activities that foster learning and social skills Familiarity with behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among children Training or certification in first aid, CPR, mandated reporting laws, or early childhood education is highly preferred Proven ability to communicate effectively with guardian and other caregivers Join us in creating a joyful environment where our adult feels safe and supported.
