Available Hours:

Up to 37 hours per week We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Community Living Support (CLS) staff member to provide support during after-school hours and, as needed, on weekends in Nicholasville, Kentucky . Responsibilities Provide individualized support and supervision. Assist with daily living and community activities. Encourage independence, social engagement, and participation in activities. Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. Communicate effectively with the individual, family, and care team. Complete required documentation and follow established support plans. Schedule & Hours Primarily after-school hours Weekend availability may be required Up to 37 hours per week available Flexible scheduling based on the individual's needs Ideal Candidate Reliable, patient, and compassionate Comfortable working with individuals who need community and daily-living support Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and as part of a support team Previous caregiving, direct support, or CLS experience is a plus

Requirements Requirements Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience:

At least one year of experience in human services, healthcare, or a related caregiving field is preferred, but not required.

Age:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Mobility:

Valid Driver's License and active auto insurance.

Screening:

Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with participants, families, and administrative staff.
