Overnight caregivers provide safety, reassurance, and hands-on assistance to clients who need support throughout the night. Depending on the client's individual care plan, you may assist with: Overnight safety and supervision Toileting and bathroom assistance Personal care and hygiene Mobility, ambulation, and transfer assistance Repositioning and comfort needs Dementia and Alzheimer's support Fall-risk supervision Medication reminders Light meal or snack preparation Light housekeeping related to client care Morning or bedtime routines Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition Companionship and reassurance during overnight hours This is one-on-one, non-medical care provided in the client's home . Individual client needs and overnight activity levels will vary. Who We're Looking For Our overnight caregivers need to be reliable, attentive, and comfortable working independently . When a client and their family are depending on someone to be there throughout the night, dependability matters. We're looking for individuals who are: Dependable and committed to scheduled overnight shifts Alert and attentive throughout the assigned shift Compassionate, patient, and professional Comfortable assisting with personal care and activities of daily living Able to work independently in a client's home Strong communicators Comfortable supporting seniors with dementia, mobility limitations, or increased safety needs Able to recognize and report changes or concerns appropriately Experienced Caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, Resident Assistants, Personal Care Assistants, and Direct Support Professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
