We are a family-oriented facility seeking compassionate and dedicated candidates who want to become or have experience being a Resident Assistant, to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide direct support to our residents in an assisted living environment. This role is essential in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents while promoting their independence and celebrating their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and hygiene. Support residents with mobility assistance. Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs to enhance their socialization and emotional well-being. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to management. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents. Collaborate with other team members to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Uphold confidentiality and respect the dignity of all residents. Requirements Previous experience in direct support roles, particularly working with individuals in an assisted living environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with assisting residents as needed. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus. Have FUN while assisting residents who live in our community!!!!!!
