Pay :

$10-$14 per hour Amian Care Services, LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Service Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide supportive care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and a high quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and committed to ensuring the comfort and safety of those they serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Prepare meals and assist with basic nutritional needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands when needed
• Implement and follow personalized care plans
• Monitor clients' well-being and report any concerns
• Maintain a comfortable, safe, and supportive environment for clients
• Adhere to all healthcare guidelines and company policies

Qualifications:

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Compassionate and reliable with a strong desire to help others
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
