As a Direct Service Worker, you will play a vital role in implementing care plans, promoting independence, and fostering a safe and supportive environment. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility to promote dignity and independence. Support clients in participating in community activities, recreational programs, and social engagements to encourage social integration. Monitor and document clients' progress, behaviors, and health status accurately to ensure proper care delivery. Implement individualized care plans developed by supervisors or healthcare professionals, ensuring all client needs are met effectively. Provide emotional support and companionship to foster positive relationships and emotional well-being. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients by adhering to health and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members, families, and service providers to coordinate care efforts and address client needs comprehensively. Transporting clients to and from community outings and appointments. Skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support individuals facing physical or mental challenges. Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions accurately. Monday = 7a-6p Tuesday = 7:30a - 5:30 P Wednesday = 12p - 8 p Thursday = 7a-6p

Pay:

$11.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
