Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Worker to maintain and enhance residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have outdoor work experience and be proficient in grounds maintenance, landscaping, and equipment operation. This role involves performing a variety of lawn care tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained, healthy, and visually appealing. The position requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in Louisiana's summer heat. Responsibilities Mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, and trimming lawns to maintain a neat appearance Performing seasonal landscaping tasks to enhance property aesthetics Operating and maintaining lawn care equipment safely and efficiently Applying weed control treatments and managing pest control as needed Assisting with irrigation system maintenance and adjustments Ensuring grounds are properly maintained according to client specifications Managing time effectively to complete daily tasks within scheduled hours Lifting heavy equipment or materials (50+ lbs) as required, kneeling, bending and standing for extended periods Upholding safety standards while working outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience Must have outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment operation Prior experience in mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, trimming, and seasonal landscaping is required Ability to stand, kneel, bend, lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), and work in Louisiana summer heat is essential Preferably 1-2 years of lawn care or groundskeeping experience on residential or commercial properties High school diploma or equivalent is required Reliable transportation is necessary for job site access Candidates are encouraged to submit a resume along with references and/or certifications demonstrating their relevant experience.

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 45.0 per week
