Full-Time Caregiver (30-48 Hours Weekly) Steady Clients | Fast-Track Pay Increase | Comfort Keepers is hiring dependable caregivers who are seeking consistent 30-48 hours per week and long-term stability. We are building a Core team of caregivers who want steady income, meaningful client relationships, and growth within a strong, professional organization. This is not a PRN or occasional shift position. If you are looking for consistent hours and are open to working with new clients as needed, we would love to speak with you. Core Expectations To qualify for our Core caregiver track, you must: Have a valid driver's license (not an ID) Have reliable transportation with auto insurance Be willing to undergo and pass a background check Be at least 18 years old Have a high school diploma or GED Be seeking 30+ consistent hours per week Be open to working with new clients when needed Have some weekend availability Be able to work 12-hour shifts when required We are selective about who we move into steady schedules. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide companionship and meaningful engagement Perform light housekeeping duties Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands Follow care plans and report changes in client condition Maintain accurate documentation and professional communication All caregivers are expected to demonstrate our core values of Integrity, Professionalism, Caring, Optimism, Adaptability, and Teamwork in every home.
