SHIFT SCHEDULE 12-HOUR SHIFTS ONLY DAY SHIFT

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

NIGHT SHIFT

7:00 PM - 7:00

AM Responsibilities:

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily living activities. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping. Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning. Provide medication reminders according to the care plan. Assist with errands, shopping, and appointments as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Complete required care logs and documentation. Communicate changes in the client's needs to the appropriate supervisor. Respect client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality. Follow the client's individualized care plan and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable transportation required. Reliable means of communication required. Must be dependable, responsible, and compassionate. Must be able to pass required screenings and physical requirements. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed. Must be available to work 12-hour day or night shifts. Previous caregiving experience is a plus; training may be provided.
