Job Description
Please ONLY reply if you are serious. We are hiring! We are looking for a few positions to fill. Let us know which shift(s) you're interested in.
- after school 2:15-6:15 most days unless our other son has sports then a bit later those days (can split this between 2 caretakers)
- Saturday shifts (morning/daytime hours if his sibling has basketball games)
- day shifts (10-5/6) for the summer months and holidays when he is off school
- Sub/on call person that can't commit to a schedule, but would be willing to come in if other caretaker calls off or he's too fatigued to attend school.
Location:
In our home inMandevilleDuties:
- assisting in transfers (he can stand and walk with assistance), does have a wheelchair for distances
- assistance with feeding and drinks, meals are prepared by us in advance
- assist getting off bus (transfer from school chair to ours)
- keeping him busy, happy, and cared for while we're away or working (Tiktok, watching Disney, hanging out, being read to)
- monitoring him during seizures and communicating with me Other info: He is mostly non-verbal.
