Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to individuals in our community setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation.
  • Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment for individuals
Qualifications:
  • Ability to assist with transferring individuals as needed
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing quality care and support to individuals in need.
