REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years or older Reliable Transportation Driver's License Copy of Insurance Policy Physician's Statement indicating Good Health with No Work Restrictions Recent TB test/Results Two forms of ID "Must be able to communicate effectively in English with clients, family members, supervisors, and health professionals.
JOB SUMMARY
A homemaker provides non-medical support services in clients in their homes to help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environments. Homemakers assist with household tasks and may provide companionship, enabling clients to remain independent in their homes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform light housekeeping duties include: Dusting Vacuuming Sweeping and Mopping Floors Cleaning Kitchens and bathrooms Making beds and changing linens Laundry (Wash & Dry & Put Away) Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary restrictions. Grocery shopping and errands as authorized. Assist with organizing household items and maintaining a safe environment. Provide companionship and social interaction. Observe and report changes in the client's condition or home environment to the supervisor. Utilize the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system to clock in and out for each client visit. Follow all agency policies, confidentiality requirements, and infection control procedures. New Beginnings Homecare is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
