What You'll Do We're looking for a Home Health Aide Certified/Certified Nursing Assistant to support a senior in Marlborough with safe, respectful morning care that helps them start the day comfortably and with dignity.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with morning routines Support safe mobility and transfers as needed Offer friendly companionship and clear communication with the client/family Follow the care plan and document updates per guidelines Required qualifications/skills:

• Active HHA or CNA certification
• Reliable, on-time, and comfortable working onsite in Marlborough

Your Morning Rhythm Your shift is short, steady, and focused: you'll arrive early, get a quick read on how the morning is going, and settle into a calm routine. Weekdays run 6:30am-8:30am, with weekend check-ins from 7:30am-8:30am. You'll wrap up by making sure everything is set for the rest of the day, share any quick notes, and head out knowing you helped make the morning smoother.
