Thrive Support & Advocacy is seeking a compassionate and dependable person to provide flexible support across our Adult Day and Employment programs. This role is ideal for someone looking for an opportunity in human services, or someone with experience in caregiving or community support who enjoys variety and meaningful, hands-on work. In this role, you'll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both program and community settings; helping them build independence, develop life and job skills, and stay actively engaged in their communities. What You'll Do Provide direct care and support across multiple Adult Day Support Programs Assist individuals with daily activities, personal growth, and community integration Support individuals at job sites, volunteer placements, and community outings Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and positive workplace habits Provide transportation to programs, volunteer service, and community activities in company vehicle Complete documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members What We're Looking For Passion for working in human services, caregiving, or community support Experience in caregiving, job coaching, or a similar role is a plus Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in different settings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Thrive?
