Job Description

Key Program is seeking Overnight Awake Shift Workers (ONA's) in Methuen, MA , for their residential program, which serves up to nine adolescent girls referred by the MA Department of Children and Families (DCF). Join a dedicated team of Supervisors, Clinicians, Occupational Therapist, Nurses, and Direct Care staff to maintain a trauma-sensitive, structured, and therapeutic environment where teens can thrive. Wage:
Competitive hourly wage: $24/hour Additional compensation is provided for bilingual skills and our generous employee referral bonus program.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED/HiSET is required Must be 21 years of age or older Valid state driver's license and legally registered and insured car for work use Commitment to participate in required trainings and certifications in
FA/CPR/AED, MA
Medication Administration Program (MAP) and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Crisis Intervention. Must remain awake and alert during the overnight hours 11pm to 8am.
Responsibilities:
The Overnight Awake Shift Worker's works together on an overnight team and work from 11pm to 8am. The schedule includes weekends and holidays. Applicants will be asked to engage the youth to develop positive, appropriate, trauma informed, supportive relationships while utilizing a strength-based treatment approach. Work with a team of Overnight Awake Shift Workers to provide direct supervision, engagement and advocacy of youth. Perform medication administration and medical advocacy to youth upon receiving Medication Administration Program (MAP) Certification Complete safety and security checks throughout the residential program. Prepare well balanced breakfast and assist with motivating youth to complete morning routines. The Key Program supports children, families, and emerging adults through trauma-informed, culturally grounded services that strengthen resilience, foster belonging, deepen community connections, and build a foundation for lasting well-being..
