Depending on the client's needs, your responsibilities may include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Providing mobility and transfer assistance Providing companionship and meaningful conversation Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed Light housekeeping and laundry Grocery shopping and errands Medication reminders Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home Assisting clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's Supporting clients receiving hospice or long-term care Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition Completing electronic care documentation Protecting client privacy and maintaining HIPAA compliance What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are kind, dependable, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping others. You may be a great fit if you have: HHA, CNA, or previous caregiving/home care experience At least 1 year of caregiving experience or relevant training/certification Experience caring for seniors is a plus Dementia/Alzheimer's, hospice, or disability-care experience is a plus Reliable transportation A dependable and professional attitude Good communication skills The ability to work independently Comfort using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation The ability and willingness to provide hands-on personal care CPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not required.
