Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral care, and mobility assistance Preparing meals and encouraging proper nutrition and hydration Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment Grocery shopping and running approved errands Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support Assisting with organization and decluttering when appropriate Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in the client's condition Accurately documenting the care and services provided Building trusting relationships with clients and their families Working closely with the client's care team to ensure high-quality care What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and professional individuals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and insured vehicle Ability to work independently while following an individualized care plan Our Commitment to Reliable Care Our clients depend on consistent, dependable Caregivers .
