Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nanny/Caregiver to provide exceptional childcare and support within a private home setting. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, reliable, and passionate about nurturing children's growth and well-being. As a vital member of the family's caregiving team, you will create a safe, engaging, and loving environment while assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed. Your expertise in caring for children of various ages—including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers—will help foster their development and happiness. Responsibilities Provide attentive and personalized care for children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, reading, and developmental exercises to promote learning and creativity Maintain a clean and organized environment through residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning toys, children's areas, and light laundry Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored care plans and working closely with families or specialists Provide personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs/pick-ups or extracurricular activities when required Ensure compliance with safety protocols by maintaining first aid readiness and CPR certification; respond promptly to emergencies Qualifications Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants and toddlers; preschool experience is highly valued Demonstrated ability to care for children with disabilities or special needs with sensitivity and professionalism Valid certifications in first aid and CPR; additional training in working with children with disabilities is a plus Strong background in nannying or private home childcare; experience caring for multiple children simultaneously preferred Skilled in meal preparation suited to children's nutritional requirements; capable of handling light household cleaning related to childcare duties Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and other caregivers Reliable personal transportation assistance capability; flexible schedule to accommodate family needs Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive!
