Job Announcement A family in Salem is looking to bring a full-time nanny into their home to care for their 5 month old beginning in October. The ideal candidate is an experienced nanny who is confident in taking the lead on infant care, with one WFH parent and occasional visits from family nearby. This position will focus on a routine of feeding, diapering, tummy time, etc., and household support related to the baby (laundry, dishes, tidy rooms, etc.). As the role grows, the family is hopeful for help prepping purees and is excited to see tummy times grow into playground adventures. This is a great full time opportunity for a calm, cool, collected nanny.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and loving infant care Create a safe & nurturing environment Maintain a consistent daily routine Provide enrichments through play, learning, exploration, etc. Keep open, thoughtful communication Maintain tidy and organized spaces for the baby Do simple household tasks like laundry and dishes for the baby Support meal prep as baby begins solids Use personal vehicle for transportation (mileage reimbursement)

Schedule and Location :

Monday

• Friday | 7:00
• 3:00 with flexibility for an 8:00
• 4:00 schedule if needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in childcare, preference to infant care Comfortability with high energy dog Calm, low-stress, and confident demeanor Requires minimal to no oversight Well-rested and alert for day shifts (role is not compatible with concurrent overnight infant care shifts) Non-smoker First Aid CPR Certified (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a background check (provided by agency) Valid drivers license and clean driving record (provided by agency)
