This role focuses on assisting with activities of daily living, end-of-life care, boosting spirits, and sustaining quality of life through exceptional home care services. Committed Caregivers must be available for 40 hours per week and be willing to see most clients assigned within the office service area. If in-home hours are unavailable during a given week, remaining hours may be completed in the home office assisting with administrative tasks. Travel time between clients and overtime are reimbursed according to standard guidelines. Responsibilities Accept shifts assigned or offered during agreed-upon availability times within reasonable expectation Return phone calls as soon as possible, and no later than 4 hours Give ample notice for any unavailability or time off requests Provide required employment paperwork Review client care plans before providing care Have reliable transportation to see assigned clients Communicate promptly with the agency about concerns or problems Complete required in-service trainings Complete documentation accurately and on time Maintain client confidentiality at all times Report concerns of abuse or neglect Avoid discussing personal problems, concerns, or opinions with clients or client representatives Maintain access to email and a reliable cell phone for updates, schedule changes, and company communication Wear personal protective equipment as trained Maintain a clean, insured vehicle with recommended service up to date Perform all duties listed in the job description and follow all restrictions Meet all qualifications and skills required for the role Follow all agreed responsibilities as a condition of continued participation Guardian Angel Senior Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
