To be considered, applicants

MUST :

Be at least 21 years of age Have a High School Diploma or GED Possess a valid U.S. Driver's License for at least six (6) months Maintain a safe driving record Pass all required driver screenings and background checks Be able to drive individuals served using a Vinfen vehicle and/or insured personal vehicle Maintain current automobile insurance if using a personal vehicle Be comfortable working awake overnight shifts Be able to administer medications and complete required documentation Be able to assist individuals served with activities of daily living Be able to perform the physical requirements of the position Applicants who do not meet ALL requirements listed above will not be considered. There are NO exceptions to the age, driver's license, driving record, insurance, or screening requirements. What You'll Do Provide overnight support and supervision in a community residential mental health program Help individuals settle into the residence and encourage healthy sleep habits Implement treatment plan interventions and individualized supports Administer medications following MAP policies and procedures Support individuals during crises and access on-call support when needed Assist with meal preparation and daily living activities Encourage recovery, independence, and community integration Foster a welcoming, respectful, and person-centered environment Complete required documentation, incident reports, and program records Perform light housekeeping and physical site maintenance Attend trainings, supervision, and staff meetings Support program quality improvement initiatives Required Skills Strong commitment to helping people live independently in their communities Ability to build supportive and trusting relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make sound decisions and work independently Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds Commitment to recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, person-centered care Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Human Services or a related field Experience working in mental health, behavioral health, residential services, or human services Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply Applicants with lived experience of psychiatric recovery are encouraged to apply Physical Requirements This is an active role and requires the ability to: Walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and move throughout the residence Lift up to 25 pounds using proper lifting techniques Assist individuals served with daily living activities Operate a computer and other office equipment Communicate effectively with individuals served, coworkers, and community partners Why Join Us?
