You will help individuals build essential life skills, foster independence, and ensure their human rights are upheld every single day.

What You'll Do Empowerment:

Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs), helping individuals achieve personal goals in habilitative, behavioral, and recreational areas.

Support & Advocacy:

Assist with activities of daily living (like hygiene, budgeting, and meal prep) and ensure the voices and needs of those we serve are heard.

Community Engagement:

Accompany individuals to appointments, work, and recreational activities, helping them stay connected to their community.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our Site Manager and your fellow team members to create a safe, supportive, and efficient environment.

What We're Looking For Heart & Passion:

A genuine interest in working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Character:

A demonstrated ability to maintain respectful, ethical, and empowering relationships.

Physical Capacity:

The ability to assist and lift individuals with physical disabilities or limited mobility.

Reliability:

Strong communication skills (written/oral) and a track record of taking responsibility for assigned tasks.

Certification:

CPR and First Aid Certification (at hire for DDS sites, or within 30 days for others).
