We are seeking a caring, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private-duty nursing care in a client's home. The ideal candidate is compassionate, responsible, and comfortable providing individualized one-on-one care while maintaining the client's safety, dignity, comfort, and independence. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one nursing care in a private home Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and report changes in the client's condition Assist with personal care and daily activities as needed Maintain accurate care documentation Communicate with family members and healthcare providers Provide companionship, reassurance, and compassionate support Requirements Current RN or LPN license in good standing Previous private-duty or home-care experience preferred Dependable and professional Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and provide attentive, individualized care
