We are looking for applicants who would provide compassionate care and clinical skills that will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. The role involves providing direct care, assisting with daily living activities, making sure of a safe, comfortable environment for individuals in need of home care services. Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, bathing and dressing no mobility). Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary Maintain accurate care plans and document patient progress, observations, and any incidents diligently Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive environment that promotes well-being experience Prior experience working in group homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments is highly preferred Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques; CPR/First Aid certification is advantageous Proven ability to assist with complex patient needs including heavy lifting, resident transfers using proper methods, and manual handling techniques Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality and privacy of patient information
