Responsibilities Provide comprehensive personal care to residents, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor residents' health by taking vital signs and observing for changes in condition, reporting any concerns promptly Assist with medication administration following prescribed protocols to ensure safety and compliance Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease through specialized memory care techniques and behavior management strategies Providing safely to assist with resident transfers and prevent injury Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards Engage residents in social activities and facilitate communication to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being Experience Prior assisted living or long-term care experience is highly preferred, especially within residential care homes or retirement communities Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease Knowledge of safe patient lifting practices, manual handling techniques, and first aid/CPR certification is essential Familiarity with medication administration procedures and resident rights ensures quality care delivery Experience operating standard passenger vehicles for community outings or appointments is advantageous Proven ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic environment Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork in a caregiving setting Excellent documentation skills Following-up with medication refills/Doctor & Pharmacy Calls Join us in creating a supportive environment where residents thrive. Position Hours and Days:
Liven-in Wednesday to Sunday, Off Monday & Tuesday with a 2hr break doing the day.

$110.00 - $150.00 per day
